Located near to bustling Carlisle in Cumbria, cgi interactive is a respected specialist software development company, serving clients worldwide. Our team of professionals stays on top of advancing technologies and brings a combined seventeen years of programming and project management expertise to each project.
we are based at the 200 year old former textile mill at Warwick Bridge.
cgi interactive launched in April 2000 and quickly gained a reputation for quality software development work.
During our first four years, we specialised in providing bespoke software solutions (that's custom-designed software for those outside the UK) to some of Britain's top public and private sector organizations. Our web pages, applications, and reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction caught the attention of companies in Australia, Ireland, Canada and the USA. Now, we're happily providing enterprise ready web applications and software solutions around the globe.
These days, while we continue to specialize in custom software development, we're also focusing on a new range of software products and services, such as our find nearest search service. We look to these products to increase the value of our clients' web businesses.

Development Team
Paul Bradley - Lead Developer
With a keen eye for detail from an early age, lead developer Paul Bradley studied Engineering Design at Bolton and started his programming career developing software for AutoCAD, the premiere design tool for engineers.
After years spent honing his database and programming skills in the engineering, retail, and public sectors, Paul formed cgi interactive in April 2000. He has never looked back.
When not boring friends and family with detailed descriptions of the new PHP or SQL articles and code he created that day, Paul (aka, "Salsa King") may be found strutting his stuff on the dance floors of Cumbria, or be seen running with his beloved Border Collie Meg, who is training Paul for his first half-marathon.
Tracey Watson - Developer
After spending her early years learning to juggle oranges so she could run away to join the circus, developer Tracey Watson finally settled down and studied software engineering at Southhampton University.
She started work for cgi interactive as a freelancer in 2004 and became a full-time employee in January 2008.
Tracey spends the winter months snow boarding in the Alps where - unbeknownst to Paul - she works remotely when not on the slopes or sipping mulled wine.
She still likes oranges.
